We have been using Midwest Comfort for a couple of years to provide annual maintenance to our Heating/AC system and have really enjoyed their professionalism, transparent pricing, and great customer service. They have always taken the approach that “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it” on our 20-year-old furnace/ac system – they have never been pushy about replacing it just because. This fall, our furnace stopped working overnight and we called them first thing in the morning. They were able to fit us in that day to look at the furnace and diagnose the issue. The technician that came out was very thorough in answering my questions and showing me what was wrong with the furnace and the recommendation on how to address it. In this case, our furnace’s heat exchanger was broken and the furnace needed to be shut off due to a safety concern. We decided to replace the entire system at that time. Midwest Comfort was very fast to get us quotes on the replacement system that was needed for our house – and nothing more. Brian, the owner, even went out of his way to answer specific questions we had and deliver space heaters to help us out for a day and a half until they could get a replacement system installed. The team that installed the system was very quick, respectful to us, and cleaned up after themselves.
