What counts as an emergency? +

A system that's down while the weather outside is dangerous (below 30°F or above 88°F), a suspected gas leak, a CO alarm, water actively leaking from an HVAC component, or a burning-electrical smell from the furnace or air handler.

Are emergency rates different? +

Yes — after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls carry an emergency dispatch rate. You're told the rate when you call so there are no surprises on the invoice.

What should I do before you arrive? +

If you smell gas, leave the house and call from outside. If it's a CO alarm, evacuate and call. Otherwise: switch the thermostat off at the source, clear a path to the furnace or air handler, and note anything you saw or heard just before the failure.

Do you serve my city 24/7? +
