Stay Cool, Des Moines!

Iowa summers combine 90-degree heat with 70–82% humidity — your AC works harder here than almost anywhere. A pre-season tune-up keeps it efficient; 24/7 emergency service catches the failures anyway.

Is it time to replace your A/C system?

If your air conditioner is 15 years or older, has needed frequent or costly repairs, or struggled to keep up during past summers, it may be time to consider replacement. Manufacturer prices can rise at any time with production and supply costs — waiting too long can mean paying significantly more for the same system later. Replacing at the right time avoids surprise breakdowns, improves efficiency, and keeps your home cool when you need it most.

Not sure which side of the line you're on? Our repair-or-replace framework walks through the honest math, and the estimate request gets you real numbers with no pressure.
